Pace

Time trial tomorrow night is our second 40km TT of the season.  We’ve had a couple of weeks to recover and train from the first one so it’s a great opportunity see how you’ve come along and improved.  The trick with the longer time trials is to pace yourself correctly.  It’s easy to go out hard and burn up so you’ve got nothing left and have to crawl home on the second lap.  You also don’t want to take it too easy on the start and cross the line feeling fresh and ready to do it all again.

At this moment the only two people signed up are the current Series Leaders
